PINECLIFFE, Colo. — For folks living up Highway 72, they say they love the snow!
“Why do you think we moved up here,” said Jose Rocha. “We help each other all year round, if it’s snow plowing or helping with fixing problems with Coal Creek. But when it comes to snow, we know winter will last about nine months, so we are used to it.”
No official word on how much snow they got … some spots nine inches in others two or 2.5 feet. No matter, the folks up here love the snow and what it offers them, and so it goes!
