A massive $7 million settlement has been reached between the City of Idaho Springs and Michael Clark, who was hurt when a police officer unlawfully used a Taser on him.

“In case you didn’t know, jumping from a TV tower is not only incredibly dangerous, but it is trespassing,” the sheriff’s office stated.
