Family members of immigration rights activist Jeanette Vizguerra are set to hold a rally in her honor soon as she remains in detention. On Friday, a federal hearing in her case was heard in Denver. Gabrielle Franklin was in court for the arguments and explains what both sides said.

A man who reportedly tried to flee after he was faced with Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents outside the Denver County jail has been charged with "forcibly assaulting a federal officer with physical contact."

Cooper Jo Frederick, 24, was previously arrested for the incident on March 14. Frederick was charged under state code with two counts of possessing an incendiary device and one count each of manufacturing an incendiary device, criminal mischief in the amount of $5,000 to $20,000, and use of an incendiary device in a felony.
