The Douglas County Sheriff's Office has released video showing the moments when a deputy shot a man holding a gun outside Main Event in Highlands Ranch on Feb. 8. The sheriff's office says the man didn't respond to commands to drop the weapon while lawyers for the man's family say he never pointed the gun at anyone and the deputy violated use of force regulations.
