DENVER — The NFL draft starts Thursday. For the first time, the draft will not be held in New York. Instead, it’s in Chicago.

The four-time defending AFC West champion Broncos don’t pick until No. 28 in the first round.

After getting bounced in the AFC divisional round of the playoffs for the second time in three years and a new coaching staff in place, the Broncos could go in many directions with their first-round selection.
