Mile High Cab is Denver’s newest cab company, after a five-year court battle that went all the way to the Colorado Supreme Court. The Colorado Public Utilities Commission originally turned down Mile High Cab’s application, stating there were already too many cabs on metro Denver streets. But the Supreme Court ruled that the PUC should reconsider its decision.
