Here is the recipe for the amazing Lost Valley Ranch Chocolate Chip Cookies- They are truly Colorado’s Best:
(Yield: 50 cookies (you might want to cut in half.)
1 lb unsalted butter
2 c sugar
2 c light brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
5 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
7 c all purpose flour
3 c semi-sweet chocolate chips (OR m&ms)
Cream butter with sugars until light and fluffy. Add vanilla, eggs, and dry ingredients. Incorporate together. Scoop dough into balls, and freeze for 1 hour before baking. Bake @ 300 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Enjoy!
