DENVER — It’s one of the most iconic images of the Vietnam War.
The Huey helicopter.
One of the old helicopters is being assembled now by Colorado Vietnam veterans at the History Colorado Center in downtown Denver.
It’s for an exhibit that opens to the public February 7.
Dan Daru shows us what the Huey helicopter meant to those veterans then and what it means to them now.
