COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Cellphone video captured by a Colorado Springs man shows Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agents moving in on the gunman who was holed up in a Planned Parenthood clinic Friday.

Quan Hoang was trapped inside a shop with several others as gunfire rang through the nearby shopping center.

“Snipers [are] trying to get into position,” Hoang said while recording the video.

He was referring to an agent with a sniper rifle who stationed himself alongside a Chase bank that was about 100 feet from the Planned Parenthood office.

“They’re really shooting!” said someone in the background of the video.

Hoang said you could hear multiple gunshots from the shop he was in. At one point, ATF agents hid outside the door of the store. Additional officers eventually moved into frame holding shields and large rifles.

The video also shows armored vehicles racing to the parking lot of the shopping center.

An image captured by Hoang shows some of the agents rescuing a man and woman who were trapped in a building. The officers are huddled around the two, protecting them with shields.
