AURORA, Colo. — The Weed for Warriors Project is heading to the Washington and is making a 12-city Cannonball Run rally to be in the Capitol on Veterans Day.
“We are demanding changes in the health care codes to allow for PTSD treatment to be included in VA care,” Sean Kiernan said.
The public awareness campaign is holding fundraisers in each city. On Saturday night, the Cannonball Run team is holding a cook-off between Chef Nuggs and Chef Joey Galeano. The contest will be for cannabis-infused dishes.
Cannabis Network Radio headquarters is hosting the event at 9975 E. Colfax Ave. in Aurora.
