THORNTON, Colo. — You can easily get lost searching for free things to do for the family around Halloween. In Thornton, ‘Maize in the City‘ offers some spooky suggestions!

From a pumpkin patch to pony rides and an interactive maze, ‘Maize in the City‘ provides families with things other autumn events don’t.

“I think it’s just the family aspect. Not only are we family run… But we also welcome a lot of families to come out and create amazing memories with us,” said Cristina Ceballo, spokesperson for ‘Maize in the City‘.

There are several FREE things to do at ‘Maize in the City‘, including their large playground and corn kernel box (which is filled with 2,500 pounds of corn kernels!)
