Remedy No. 1
3/4 oz Earl Grey infused Busnel VSOP Calvados*
1 oz Remy Martin VSOP Cognac
1 oz Contratto Rosso Vermouth
1/4 oz Golden Moon Amer dit Picon
2 dashes homemade peach bitters –Fee Brothers Peach Bitters is an excellent substitute and widely available.
Combine all ingredients in the order listed in a mixing glass, add ice and stir until well chilled and slightly diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe with a lemon twist.
* Earl Grey infused calvados- Combine 750ml of calvados with 3oz of Teakoe Elegant Earl Grey in an airtight container and let steep for 11 minutes. Strain out the loose tea and return the calvados to the bottle. Can be stored for up to two weeks at room temperature.
