DENVER — Colorado is getting into the vanity license plate game. It can mean adding a lot of money to helping Coloradans with disabilities.

The first auction took place Wednesday and raised $10,850.

Jon Bowman takes an entertaining approach to showing you how you can get a one of a kind license plate of your own. Watch his video report above.

The auction runs through Wednesday, Jan. 28, when there will be a live event held at History Colorado. The proceeds from these special vanity plate sales will be used to help nonprofit organizations that help Coloradans who are living with disabilities.
