GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Mesa County Clerk and Recorder Tina Peters was dramatically served with what appeared to be legal papers on her way into court on the morning of March 2. Peters was due in court after turning herself in on an Obstruction charge.
Clerk Peters’ pretrial conference on the Obstruction charged was delayed until March 11 at 10 a.m.
