NASA astronaut Scott Kelly has captured several amazing photos of Earth during his first 100 days aboard the International Space Station.
Kelly is on a history-making space mission. He will spend 342 days on the space station. That’s longer than any U.S. astronaut has ever spent in space. His mission began in late March.
It will give scientists a chance to study how the human body responds to long-duration space flights. On Earth, scientists will perform parallel studies on Scott Kelly’s identical twin brother, retired astronaut Mark Kelly.
