DENVER — State Rep. Dan Pabon’s blood-alcohol content was 0.14 when he was arrested on DUI charges on St. Patrick’s Day, he said Thursday.

Pabon, 38,  released the results of the blood test that was performed on him during that traffic stop.

“I will continue to fully cooperate with the legal process, and am prepared to accept any consequences for my actions,” Pabon said in a statement.

The legal limit for blood-alcohol content for drivers 21 and older in Colorado is 0.08.

Pabon had earlier publicly apologized for his actions and said he had four or five beers before he was pulled over at Glenarm Place and West Colfax Avenue.

He said he plans to continue serving District 4 in northwest Denver and hopes to run for re-election.
