DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. — A school bus with dozens of children from Northridge Elementary School on board collided with a pickup truck in Highlands Ranch late Thursday afternoon.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s office said 3 kids were complaining about injuries. They were checked out on the scene and they were OK. There were no serious injuries reported.
The crash happened at Southpark Road and Broadway in the middle of the intersection. It’s near the Northridge Recreation Center.
The students were taken to a nearby church for pickup by parents.
