DEARBORN, Mich. — Ford is recalling nearly 1.9 million vehicles with certain Takata passenger-side air bags. This is on top of the existing massive Takata air bag recall.
The vehicles affected have inflators that Takata found to be defective. Ford said there have been no reports of injuries. Dealers will replace the air bag inflators at no cost to drivers.
