DENVER — The deadline is approaching for Verizon and Sprint cell phone customers to get their piece of more than $120 million in refunds as part of a settlement.
The “cramming” settlement relates to charges for text message services and subscriptions that weren’t authorized by customers.
If you had charges for any of those services after July 1, 2010 and you didn’t sign up for them, you have until Dec. 31 to file a claim.
