DENVER — President Barack Obama visited New Orleans on Thursday afternoon to speak at an event marking the 10th anniversary of when Hurricane Katrina hit the city.
He said there has been a lot of rebuilding, but more needs to be done to fix the poverty and inequality that exists there.
FOX31 Denver sat down with former Federal Emergency Management Agency Director Michael Brown, who who took the heat for the government response to the aftermath of the hurricane.
