FREMONT COUNTY, Colo. — Crews are battling a fire in Fremont County near Canon City.
Just before 6 p.m. Saturday, the Colorado Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management said the fire had burned 79 acres.

Also known as the Natty Fire, it is moving northeast.
Both ground and air crews are battling the fire, which is burning ponderosa pines and grass.
The fire is burning on Bureau of Land Management land.
The BLM’s Colorado office said the fire is burning in the Phantom Canyon area north of Canon City.
As of early Saturday evening, the fire was 70 percent contained.
Authorities said no private structures are currently threatened. There are currently no evacuation orders or road closures.
The BLM said the fire was caused by lightning.
