‘Shelter in place’ lifted after Arapahoe County deputies are unable to find armed suspect

ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) — The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office lifted a “shelter in place” order Tuesday night following the search for an armed suspect.

Deputies completed their search near South Parker Road and East Florida Avenue around 10:50 p.m. , the sheriff’s office said.

The sheriff’s office said no suspects were found and no arrests were made.

According to deputies at the scene, there was a shooting at a liquor store. At least one shot was fired but no one was hit.
