PUEBLO, Colo. (KDVR) — Colorado Parks and Wildlife says that a 68-year-old man fell from a small fishing boat Monday morning and drowned.

CPW said a person in a pontoon helped pull the man from the west end of Lake Pueblo and another boat took him to the south ramp at the lake.

A park ranger and a CPW officer met the victim at the ramp and performed CPR until an ambulance arrived.

The man was declared dead on scene, according to CPW.

The victim’s identity has not been released.
