DENVER (KDVR) — Saturday is a Pinpoint Weather Alert Day. Snow will taper off throughout the morning. Travel impacts have been reported across the area.

We will update this story throughout the day.

2:30 p.m.: All lanes of Interstate 70 eastbound reopened after a truck fire at mile marker 248. Evergreen Fire-Rescue: Good news – no injures; fire is out; and EFR has cleared the scene. Please continue to drive slowly thru the area as clean up continues to remove the trailer and carrots from I-70.

1:40 p.m.: City of Golden: The City of Golden has opened a tree limb collection point at Golden Gate Canyon Road, just west of Newstar Way. The site will remain open for the next two weeks. City of Golden crews are out working to safely remove branches from city streets, trails, and parks. Please stay safe and be mindful of city crews. Stay tuned for info about more tree limb collection sites in Jefferson County expected to open soon.

12:37 p.m.: Colorado State Patrol: Update on the trailer fire outside Evergreen. A backhoe is removing the carrots and fire is putting out anything still smoldering. The trucking company will have a mitigation service on scene in approximately 45 minutes to offload the rest and clean up. Tow should be here at 3pm

10:20 a.m.: Colorado State Patrol- I-70 eastbound near Floyd Hill: Fire needs to empty the trailer completely to make sure it does not rekindle. We will be down to one lane here for an extended period.

9:25 a.m.: Arapahoe Basin: All parking lots are currently full.  Please come back anytime after one.

9:05 a.m.: Colorado State Patrol: I-70 eastbound: We will have one lane open eastbound momentarily. Fire is still working. Please drive safely through the area.

8:35 am.: CDOT: I-70 eastbound: Road closed due to a vehicle fire between Exit 248 – Beaver Brook; Floyd Hill and Exit 251 – US 40; El Rancho.

8 a.m.: The Global Dub Festival at Red Rocks has been canceled. The event was scheduled to take place on Saturday.

7:35 a.m.: CDOT: I-270 westbound: Left lane closed due to a crash between CO 265 and I-76; I-270.

7:04 a.m.: Denver police are investigating a traffic crash with serious injury, a motorist collided with a RTD bus in the area of N. Broadway St and 13th Ave. Expect delays in the area; alternate routes advised.

6:55 a.m.: CDOT: I-25 northbound: Roadway reopened to traffic between Exit 188 – Castle Pines Parkway and Exit 192 – RidgeGate Parkway.

6:45 a.m.: CDOT: I-76 westbound: Right lane closed due to a crash at E-470.

6:30 a.m.: CDOT: I-25 northbound: Two right lanes closed due to a crash between Exit 188 – Castle Pines Parkway and Exit 192 – RidgeGate Parkway.
