STATEMENT FROM KAISER PERMANENTE:
Due to record-breaking snowfall, and to keep our members and employees safe, we’ve decided to only open limited services today. This includes allowing surgical services for scheduled appointments such as minor procedures, Gastrointestinal (GI) procedures, and ambulatory surgery at the Kaiser Permanente Franklin, Lone Tree, and Rock Creek medical offices. Urgent Care services at the Kaiser Permanente Lone Tree, Lakewood and Aurora Centrepoint medical offices will open at noon today. Because the storm wasn’t as severe in Pueblo, we have opened the Kaiser Permanente Pueblo North and Acero medical offices for regular operations.
All other Kaiser Permanente medical offices will be closed today, and we will be offering virtual care, where possible. We are also not providing COVID-19 vaccinations today and are rescheduling those vaccine appointments. Kaiser Permanente members can call 303-338-4545 or visit kp.org to connect with a care provider. If someone is having a medical emergency, they should call 9-1-1.
We plan to return to normal business hours tomorrow (Tuesday, March 16) and hope all Coloradans stay safe as they dig out from this weekend’s storm.
All runways will remain closed until 2 p.m. today – no flights will arrive or depart before that time while crews continue to treat the airfield for ice and snow. If you’re scheduled to fly into or out of DEN today, check your flight status with your airline
