LAFAYETTE, Colo. (KDVR) — The Lafayette Police Department said officers and animal control had to help free a fox tangled in a net on Monday morning.

LPD said it happened at Centaurus High School.

The female fox appeared to have no injuries and was healthy, according to LPD.

LPD said the fox ran off naturally once she was freed from the netting.
