BOULDER COUNTY, Colo. (KDVR) — Starting at noon, Stage 1 Fire Restrictions will be lifted in the foothills area of Boulder County.
Board of County Commissioners and the Boulder County Sheriff made the decision to lift restrictions due to the monsoonal moisture the area has received recently.
However, residents should know permits are still required to perform slash burns and prescribed fires. Permits can be found on the Boulder County website.
