DENVER–  Christmas is days away and Santa’s helpers are working long hours to make sure everything is perfect for children.

By now, you have probably heard of Elf on the Shelf, a tradition that has captured hearts of children around the world.

According to the Elf on the Shelf tradition,  magical scout elves help Santa manage his nice list by taking note of a family’s Christmas adventures and reporting back to Santa at the North Pole nightly. Each morning, the Scout Elf returns to its family and perches in a new spot, waiting for someone to spot them, according to the Elf on the Shelf story.

We have seen some very creative Elf on the Shelf pictures this year. We would love to see yours! You can upload it to our gallery by clicking the red “Submit Your Photo” button at the bottom of this article. We will share as many as we can on TV.
