AURORA, Colo. — A portion of the RTD A Line was stopped for about four hours on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning because of a death investigation, the Aurora Police Department said.

The death was reported at East Smith Road and North Sable Boulevard, near the Interstate 225-Interstate 70 interchange.

Police stopped the A Line train between Denver International Airport and Central Park Station during the investigation, which was ruled a suicide. RTD served passengers by using a temporary “bus bridge” to transport passengers to and from the airport.
