DENVER (KDVR) — Two women are dead after a stabbing early Wednesday morning, the Denver Police Department said.
Police responded to a domestic violence call on the 2200 block of S. Marion Street at 12:10 a.m. Two women were pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
Matthew Madden, 36, was arrested at the location and is facing charges of first-degree murder. Police said one of the victims is Madden’s estranged wife and the other is the wife’s friend.
