Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have apparently decided to give their marriage another chance after Odom’s life-threatening overdose.

TMZ reports that Kardashian’s lawyer Laura Wasser appeared before a Los Angeles judge Wednesday (Oct. 21) to withdraw the divorce papers the couple signed in 2013. The divorce had not yet been processed because of a backlog in the court system.

The judge granted Wasser’s request and the divorce is no longer pending.

A source familiar with the situation tells Zap2it, “This is a very delicate and difficult time for both Lamar and Khloe, and the most sensible thing to do at such a time is not make any big moves and put everything on hold. So that’s what she is doing.”

Reportedly, the two decided to give their marriage another chance while Kardashian has been by Odom’s side in the hospital. It was there that they signed the document Wasser had to present to the judge asking for the divorce to be dismissed. As she is still Odom’s legal spouse, Kardashian has been making all the medical decisions regarding his treatment.
