CENTENNIAL, Colo. — The second stage of jury selection in the James Holmes trial is set to start Wednesday.

An unprecedented 9,000 summonses were sent out initially, but the pool will be whittled down to about 150.

Jurors will be called back in groups of six, each entering the courtroom individually. The prosecution and defense will have 20 minutes each to question potential jurors.

The process is expected to take several months.
