GREELEY, Colo. — The man accused of killing his wife on New Year’s Day four years ago chose not to have his two young daughters testify Friday at his murder trial.
Tom Fallis, a former Weld County sheriff’s deputy, is accused of killing his wife, Ashley. The children were home at the time of her death.
Police investigators originally ruled that she committed suicide. But the FOX31 Problem Solvers uncovered new evidence in the case, and Fallis was indicted and arrested at his home in Bloomington, Ind.
Jurors still heard from the two girls Friday by listening to recordings of interviews they did with police.
