DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. — It’s designed to make school lunches more healthy. But more than four years in to the federal school lunch program, many schools are serving fewer kids and spending more money to do it.

Kent Erdahl explains in his video report above how two local school districts are trying to bring teens back to the table in the school lunchroom.
