GREELEY, Colo. — Police body camera video was shown to jurors at the Tom Fallis murder trial Tuesday.

The video was from the moments after police arrived at the scene in Evans where 28-year-old Ashley Fallis was shot and killed.

Her husband, former Weld County sheriff’s jail deputy Tom Fallis is accused of killing her.

The video shows Tom Fallis using his phone while officers processed the scene at the couple’s home.

Evans police faced tough questions from prosecutors about why that was allowed. They also faced questions about why Fallis’ hands weren’t bagged to protect evidence.

Additionally, they asked why some of the body camera video from the scene was missing.
