BOULDER, Colo. — A local chocolate shop in Boulder ended up in a dispute over its name with chocolatier Vosges Haut-Chocolat.

The owner of “Piece, Love and Chocolate” in Boulder said she might have gone out of business after hearing from lawyers for Vosges. The exotic chocolate boutique said the Boulder store’s name was too close to a trademarked phrase the company uses on its products.

Deborah Takahara has more on the dispute in the video report above.

But this story does have a good ending. Vosges contacted the Boulder shop and said it could keep its name.
