DENVER (KDVR) — As the Delta variant becomes dominant across the U.S., Gov. Jared Polis and state leaders are pushing new incentives for people to get vaccinated.
At certain locations across the state, people who get vaccinated can get a $100 Walmart gift card while supplies last.
Polis was joined by Colorado Community College Chancellor Joe Garcia, COVID-19 Vaccine Campaign Manager Tara Trujillo and Brittany Morris Saunders from Amazon. Amazon is partnering with the Colorado Community College system to provide more than 60 scholarships for students who have gotten vaccinated.
