CLEAR CREEK COUNTY, Colo. —  Tuesday afternoon around 2:15 p.m. Clear Creek County Sheriff’s Office received a call of a building burning at 101 Evergreen Lane.

When authorities arrived to the Blue Valley Subdivision, a single family home was engulfed in flames.

The residents were able to leave the home and a neighbor made the call.
