CENTENNIAL, Colo. — The jury at the Aurora theater shooting trial heard from the former girlfriend of the shooter Wednesday. She said he never revealed any of plans to her to commit the crime.
Her relationship with him lasted a few months, before she broke up with him.
Before she testified, the coroner took the stand and presented evidence that was too gruesome to show here.
Victims’ families in the courtroom had to endure the testimony and photos from the autopsies as best they could.
