ASPEN, Colo. — The Aspen Police Department made us snort with a Facebook post about a baggie of cocaine that was left at a self-checkout lane in a grocery store.

“Have you ever returned from the grocery store, emptying out your bags only to find out that something didn’t come home with you?” the Aspen Police Department wrote.

“We often get back to the office, only to find 11 donuts. Surely, it was supposed to be a dozen. Either that, or the delivery driver took out his payment in sweet, sticky goodness,” the post reads.

“Today a customer at a local grocery store found that a person before them (in the self-checkout lane) had actually left an entire bag behind. Now granted, it’s a really small bag,” police continued.

“With the cost of white powdery substances these days, probably somebody got home and spent the next 15 minutes going through their pockets, over and over,” police wrote.

“Can I get a price check on lane 3?” the author joked.

Police even hashtagged the post #AspenProblems.

We can’t help wondering if the late Robin Williams said, “Cocaine is God’s way of telling you you’re making too much money” after a trip to Aspen.
