LOVELAND, Colo. — Two robbery suspects were arrested in connection with a robbery of a 7-Eleven in Loveland on Friday, the Loveland Police Department said.
Police responded to a report of a robbery about 1:40 a.m. Wednesday. Employees said two men came into the store with their faces covered, then one man with a handgun demanded money.
The suspects stole an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene on foot, police said. Police said tips from the public helped identify the suspects.
On Wednesday night, 20-year-old Adam Wells-Soto and a 17-year-old juvenile were arrested.
Wells-Soto was being held at the Larimer County Jail for alleged aggravated robbery and theft. The juvenile was transported to juvenile holding for alleged robbery and theft.
Police said the investigation continues for a third person involved in the robbery who they said acted as a driver.
Police do not believe the three people were involved in two earlier robberies in the city.
