DENVER — A man died Friday after he was shot in Denver.
According to the Denver Police Department, one person was transported to the hospital after a shooting Friday afternoon near East 21st Avenue and York Street.
The person, a man, died later in the afternoon, according to tweets from the police.
The incident remains under investigation.
Update: the adult male was pronounced deceased and the investigation is being conducted by the homicide unit.
