TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — A 19-year-old Florida man has claimed a $15 million top prize in a scratch-off game.

Florida Lottery officials said in a news release that Quinn Kofler of Bonita Springs claimed the prize Wednesday in the new “Florida 100X the Cash” scratch-off game.

He purchased the winning ticket at a 7-Eleven in Bonita Springs, near Fort Myers on the state’s Gulf Coast.

Officials said Kofler chose a one-time, lump-sum payment of $11.1 million. The retailer will receive a $30,000 bonus for selling the ticket.

The $30 game was launched Feb. 26 and features eight top prizes of $15 million.

Prizes range from $30 to $15 million. Overall odds are 1 in 2.59, but odds of winning the top prize are slightly less than 1 in 4 million.
