DENVER — Police said Tuesday morning they are investigating a homicide in southeast Denver after a possible home invasion.
The Denver Police Department released few details of the death in the 3900 block of South Spruce Street, south of East Hampden Avenue and west of South Tamarac Drive.
The name and age of the victim have not been released, but neighbors said it was a man who was found in the home’s basement just after midnight.
Police have not released any suspect information or what led to the man’s death.
