THORNTON, Colo. — Having lived in Colorado for 7 years now, it has been a dream (nightmare) for Channel 2 News Reporter Kevin Torres to visit the ‘Haunted Field of Screams‘ in Thornton.

That dream (nightmare) became reality this week when he and his buddy Anthony got an up-close look at the haunted attraction.

What makes it so different, compared to the other haunted houses Channel 2 News has visited lately, is its natural feel.

Most of the big haunted houses in Colorado have million-dollar budgets to create crazy scenes and dramatic costumes, but the Palombo family, who owns ‘Haunted Field of Screams‘ pretty much has a tractor and some creative minds.

“Working through corn at night is quite eery,” said Joe Palombo. “We get to design it different and do it new year to year”.

Haunted Field of Screams‘ has a sister attraction called the ‘Dead Man’s Night Maze‘. You actually go through a maze with that one.

‘Haunted Field of Screams’ is a hit year after year. To find out why, watch Kevin TorresUnique 2 Colorado‘ Report on it.
