The film “Max” arrives in theaters this Friday, and its release coincides with a local effort here in Colorado to create a permanent memorial to honor the noble warriors known as “war dogs “ who risk their lives to protect and shield our troops.  Rudy Ridpath, co-founder of the War Dog Memorial Colorado Project ,  brought “Boss”, a retired mine-detection dog who spent his entire life in Kuwait,  to explain how we can take part in this awesome project.
