DENVER — Bankrupt Sports Authority is sending emails to its former customers to let them know it sold its customer database to Dick’s Sporting Goods.
What that means is that beginning September 15, any personal information you provided to Sports Authority will be governed by Dick’s Sporting Goods privacy policy.
If you don’t want Dick’s to keep that personal information, you can opt out of the transfer.
