Ashley Fallis’ former confidante, a high school friend, testified in court that Ashley Fallis told him in 2011 she was unhappy and had suspicions that Tom Fallis was having an affair.
The prosecution plans to show evidence that Tom Fallis was abusive to his wife before the shooting.
The murder trial is scheduled to begin March 14 in Fort Collins.
