SHERIDAN, Colo. — Two stores were hit in smash-and-grab burglaries early Monday morning, the Sheridan Police Department said.

The businesses were in the River Point shopping center, police said.

The glass door at the Truck Logic at 3535 S. Platte River Drive was smashed. And there was damage done to a Verizon store nearby at

Police were investigating the break-ins and have not released any suspect identities.
