JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Former quarterback Tim Tebow has been known for his generosity and kindness for a long time when it comes to meeting fans who are fighting against life-threatening illnesses.

There was a lot of that when he played for the Denver Broncos.

But a new video has gone viral and it has a lot of people around the world talking.

Tebow surprised a teen fan who is battling leukemia with a visit at a hospital in Jacksonville, Fla. And the teen’s reaction was priceless.

Tebow was caught on video casually walking into 13-year-old Nathaniel Nelson’s room at Wolfson Children’s Hospital. fan’s room was filled with gear from the University of Florida, where Tebow played as quarterback.

Footage of Nelson and Tebow’s emotional meeting was viewed more than 4.4 million times on the Tim Tebow Foundation’s Facebook page.
